Region
Central Norway
Trøndelag is where the E6 leaves Trondheim and runs through farmland along the Trondheimsfjord. Take the ferry over to Fosen instead, walk out to the monastery ruins on Tautra, or turn inland to the old mining town of Røros. At Steinkjer, Kystriksveien begins its slow way north along the coast.
