Region
Eastern Norway
Eastern Norway is forest, farmland and long valleys running north from Oslo. Take Rv3 through Østerdalen instead of the E6, follow the Swedish border through Finnskogen, or head into Telemark along the canal and up to Rjukan. Further north, Valdresflye and the roads around Rondane climb above the tree line into open mountain country.
