Many road trips start here, on the ferry into Kristiansand. Before heading on, try the white wooden towns along the E18 coast, the beaches and flat farmland at Lista near Farsund, or Rv9 up through Setesdal to Hovden. Suleskarvegen crosses the mountains from Setesdal to Sirdal.
